Processing time
The goods will be shipped to the customer as soon as all ordered products are ready. Goods are usually shipped to the customer within 24-48 hours (business days) of order confirmation (unless otherwise specified). The package will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering.

Package Tracking
Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier information and a tracking number, which will keep you informed of the status of your shipment.

60-day return policy*
You can exchange or return items within 60 days of purchase, as long as the items are in the same condition as when they were delivered. *Custom-made products (custom exhaust systems, wheel brake lines, etc.) cannot be returned.

Large/heavy shipments
Engines, transmissions, hoods, and some other items require special handling due to their size/weight and additional packaging requirements. We'll send you a shipping quote after confirming your order, as your address and package size/weight are needed to calculate accurate shipping costs.

Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the Oldtimer-shop online store have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

The Oldtimer Shop online store (also referred to as the “store”) is operated by MAS Ltd, Partizanska cesta 82, 6210 Sežana, registration number: 2138298000, VAT number: SI16635876, which is also the e-commerce provider (hereinafter referred to as the seller or Oldtimer-Shop).

The terms and conditions govern the operation of an online store, the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, and regulate their business relationship.

The buyer is bound by the terms and conditions from the moment they confirm their order. Each time the buyer confirms their order, the general terms and conditions must be checked and confirmed by the buyer. The buyer entering any information is required to enter only accurate and truthful data, information, etc. Inaccurate or false information may be considered unlawful by the buyer and reported to the legal department.

Order Process:

1. The customer selects the desired product by clicking on “add to cart” and then on “checkout”.
2. The customer enters the delivery data.
3. The customer selects the payment method (bank transfer or Paypal)
4. The customer verifies that he agrees with the general terms and conditions

If the shipping costs for your item are not listed, please contact us before ordering.

The customer will receive an automatic order confirmation email within 12 hours at the latest.

In the event of technical errors during the ordering process, the buyer is authorized to report the error to the email address: [email protected] within 4 hours.

For bank account payments, the customer can request an invoice within one business day. Once payment is received, shipping will begin, and the customer will be notified by email.

If the product is not in stock, the customer will be informed of the expected delivery date. If delivery times are extended or the items are confirmed to be out of stock, the seller assumes no responsibility for any additional damages. If the items are no longer available, the seller will refund the full purchase price.

Ordering process for corporate customers:

The ordering process for business customers is the same as for individuals, with the exception of registered companies based in European Union countries.

For companies located in the European Union, we recommend contacting us at [email protected] before processing your order. This will ensure the correct payment amount and invoice.

The conditions for business customers differ in that they do not have the option to withdraw from the contract without specifying the reason within 14 days of receiving the item, as is the case for natural persons (consumers).

Shipping and delivery times

Items will be delivered to the customer as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. The estimated delivery times are shown in the table below (the estimated delivery times in the table below are for informational purposes only and may vary from actual delivery times).

The seller is not responsible for any delays by the shipping company.

Items are delivered via Slovenian Post and Feniksšped Ltd., which collaborates with many other international delivery companies. Payment Methods

Oldtimer Shop offers two payment methods:

The Oldtimer store includes a printed invoice with the shipment. The invoice lists the prices broken down by item and shipping cost. The buyer is required to verify the accuracy of the information before confirming the order to ensure the subsequent accuracy of the invoice issued .

Right of withdrawal from purchase, complaints, returns

The customer has the right to notify the seller of their withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of entering into the contract without stating a reason. This period begins one day after the customer receives the item. In this case, the only cost to the customer is the return shipping costs. The customer is required to return the item to the seller intact and for the same amount, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity is reduced through no fault of the customer. The customer will not be able to freely use the products until they withdraw from the contract.

Refund procedure:

-The returned shipment must be properly prepared for transportation and the returned items must be sent with the tracking number

Payments for the refund of items returned by the buyer will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, but the seller reserves the right to withhold the refund of payments received for accepting the returned items, or until the customer has provided proof of having sent the items back.

A material error

If a product has a material defect, the customer must notify the supplier within the legally prescribed period, describe the problem in detail in the notification, and allow the supplier to inspect the product.

Warranty

Items in the Oldtimer store are covered by a warranty; to claim it, you must present the invoice. The warranty period is one month from the date of receipt. Warranties cannot be applied to repair defects caused by misuse, negligence, or mechanical damage.

Data protection and privacy

With your order, Oldtimer Shop receives and stores the following information: name, postal address, email address, and telephone number. Personal data will be used exclusively for the purposes of awarding the contract and marketing our products. Personal data will be stored in a secure location and will not be disclosed to third parties. In addition to personal data, Oldtimer Shop reserves the right to store purchase data (purchase date, type of purchase, content, and value of the purchase).

Further purposes of the processing of personal data referred to in the contract are:

The customer may at any time, in writing or via email, request the data controller to permanently or temporarily stop using their personal data for direct marketing purposes. The data controller will do so as soon as possible and in any case within 15 days.

Final provisions, complaints and disputes:

However, please note that in some cases, the nature of the items, delivery, or price changes so rapidly that the seller is unable to correct all the information on the website. In this case, the seller will inform the customer of the changes and either cancel the contract or replace the ordered item.
