GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE STORE OLDTIMER-SHOP
General Terms and Conditions of the online store Oldtimer-shop have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Law on Protection of Personal Data (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The online store Oldtimer shop (also referred to as "store") is operated by company MAS Ltd, Partizanska cesta 82, 6210 Sežana, registration number: 2138298000, VAT number: SI16635876, who is also the provider of e-commerce (hereinafter referred to as the seller or Oldtimer-shop).
Terms and conditions determine the operation of an online store, rights and obligations of the buyer and seller, and govern their business relationship.
The buyer is obliged with terms and conditions from the time of order confirmation. Everytime buyer conforms his order the general terms and conditions needs to be checked and confirmed by the buyer. The buyer who will enter any information, is obliged to enter only accurate and truthful data, information, etc ... Inaccurate and false information the buyer may be regarded as abusive, and handed over to the legal department.
Online shop Oldtimer shop is intended for individual persons and companies.
1. The customer selects the desired product by clicking on "add to card" and then click "checkout".
2. The customer fills the data for delivery.
3. The customer selects the payment method (bank transfer or Paypal)

In the case that the postage for your item is not listed, please contact us before order.
At the latest within 12 hours, the customer receives an automatic e-mail confirmation of the order.

In the case that the delivery time extended, or that it is confirmed that the items are unobtainable seller assumes no responsibility in the event that this may lead to further damage. Order process for corporate clients:
Order proces for the corporate clients is the same as for individuals, except for registered companies who are established in countries of the European Union.
For companies established in the European Union is recommended that they contact us on email address email@example.com before processing the order. For the proper payment amount and invoice.
Terms and conditions for corporate clients differ in that they do not have the possibility of withdrawing from the contract without specifying the reason within 14 days of receipt of the article, as it applies to natural persons (consumers).

Shipping and delivery times
Items will be delivered to the Costumer in the shortest possible time, ususally 1-2 working days after recieving the payment. Information delivery times are given in the table below (delivery times in the following table are informative and may deviate from the actual delivery time).
Seller is not liable for any delays by the shipping company.

Items are delivered throught the Post of Slovenia and Feniksšped Ltd which corporate abroad with many other delivery companys. The shipping costs are displayed in the second step of purchase, so before the final payment step. In the case that your shippment is not visible please contact us at e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Seller sends each shippment with tracking number so is possible to check the status of the shipment. Oldtimer shop offer worldwide shipping.
All items in Oldtimer shop are on stock, if not is this writen beside the item.
Oldtimer shop provides two payment methods:
-Bank transfer to the bank account of company MAS Ltd.

Oldtimer shop attach printed invoice to the shipment. On invoice are divided prices for the article and shipping. Buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before confirming the order for later correctness of invoice issued.
The right to withdraw from the purchase, complaints, returns
The customer has the right to notify the seller within 14 days from concluding the contract that they are withdrawing from the contract without any reason. This time period starts one day after the customer recieves the item. In this case the only cost for the customer is the shippping costs for returning the item. The customer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity is reduced with no blame to the customer. The customer shall not use the products freely until they withdraw from the contract.

Refund payments for items that the buyer returns will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract, but the seller reserves the right to withhold a refund of payments received to accept returned items, or until the customer provide evidence that the items sent back.
A clerical error
If a product has a clerical error, the customer must, within the statutory provider informed of the error and the error message detailed description of the situation and enable the provider to check the product.
For items in Oldtimer shop you get warranty, for apply you have to show the invoice. The warranty period is 1 months from the date of the received item. Warranties cannot be enforced to repair defects caused by misuse, negligence and mechanical damages.

The customer can at any time in writing or via e-mail request to the data controller permanently or temporarily discontinue the use of their personal data for direct marketing purposes. The operator will do so as soon as possible but no later than within 15 days.
Final provisions, complaints and disputes:

In this case, the seller will inform the customer about the changes and to cancel the contract or replace the ordered item.
